Hi everybody, my name is "Erik Surratt HN-3506." I am Currently incarcerated at at SCI-Dallas Pennsylvania. I am a "Juvenile Lifer" that has been trapped behind the walls of Psychological pain and suffering at the age of 17 Yrs. old, for two (2) counts of Criminal Homicide. In the course of my journey (YES!) I thought this was the only way an urban story could be told. I thought the reality of the slums was "The Good Die Young" so walking out them project doors was a misguided little black boy that wore a mask for so long I forgot about my childhood dreams (meaning the "Mechanic" I

really wanted to be). I respect each and everyone of you (so therefor) I'm writing extraordinary people (not for sorrow, because I embrace my lessons) but for some form of understanding.

I once thought I lost my chance to grow, thought I was a lost soul (I was wrong again). "ISOLATION" I used as rehabilitation "READING" help me overcome my dullness, a "Studying" help me overcome my

ignorance. I've been incarcerated since February 22th 2005 (10yrs) and I became a man "January 7th 2015, so "Birthdays" don't make me a man, "my worse days" made me want I am. My vision is REAL 

and its-all-so-true thats my reason for bringing it to you "R.Solution (tm) I'm in the process of officially trademarking it, (and with it) Im going to start a non-profit organization that's going 

to be a benefit to all prisoners with "Mental Health Issues". Reason being: "Federal and State Instituitons" theres no sense of recourse (Inside-out or Outside-In) and people with "Mental Health

Issues" need it most. How do anybody except an "Mental Health Issues" need it most. How do anybody except an Mental Health person Vie society straight out of prison when its an Apogee of Inadequacy

for Mental Health caret treatment in prison. Theres no proper staffing, programing, supportings and the scenery is so inept that its proven even from the courts, that makes mental Illnesses worse 

than before. And with my vision there will be not only a Reasonable Solution to the problem but exercises made to execute the "SOLUTION" which adds up to a "Remedy." "Ladies amd Gentlemen, Men and Women,

Friends and Icons", this is my squawk for "HELP"!!!!! change is hard but it must happen, please give me a chance to make a change.
